Postponement of ICTMC-22

Dear Colleague,

After consultations with the International Advisory Committee Members, we have decided that the 22nd International Conference on Ternary and Multinary Compounds (ICTMC-22) will be postponed again to September, 2024, still to be held in Beijing, China. The exact date of the meeting will be announced at a later time.

The current problems of the COVID-19 pandemic around the world have caused severe restrictions on travel to attend meeting in China. It is unclear when the restriction will be lifted because the pandemic is still going on in many parts of the world. The ICTMC is traditionally an interdisciplinary conference with common interest around multinary materials and it has a large number of invited speakers all around the world and many PhD students, so we believe an on-site face-to-face conference at a later time when global travel becoming more convenient for everyone would be the best time and format, so the participants can enjoy fully the free scientific exchange and visit in Beijing, China, to maximize the interaction between the attendees.

We hope this change will not disturb too much your travel plans. We are sorry for having to postpone this conference and sincerely hope you understand our concern in this matter and appreciate your support to this conference. We also looking forward to seeing you in Beijing in 2024.
